How to subscribe to AcquaStream, in short: first you try the system at home for 30 days, free and with nothing paid up front; then you choose whether to stay.
Clear in the fee, pure in the glass
A complete, transparent service for reverse-osmosis water at home, on subscription at €29.90 a month. One plan only, no finance agreements and no money up front.
It starts with 30 days' free trial: day 1 is the day of installation, and during the trial you pay nothing — not the installation, not the fee. If it does not convince you, write to us by day 30: we collect the system at our expense, no penalty, and you owe us nothing. If you stay, from day 31 you pay in advance for the month that is starting, €29.90, plus a one-off €120 installation fee: the first charge is €149.90, and from the month after that you pay only the monthly fee.
The subscription includes filter changes — based on how much you use, carried out by the service technicians — and the checks needed to keep the system working properly over time. We take care of the servicing, so you do not have to remember dates or go looking for spare parts.
If something stops working or needs attention, our support service comes out to check it and put it right. Where necessary we repair or replace the system: for a fault you pay nothing beyond the monthly fee.
What is in the subscription and what stays on you
For €29.90 a month you get:
- the reverse-osmosis system and the tap, on free loan for use
- the carbonator for sparkling water, with the first CO₂ cylinder
- the filters, changed according to use by the service technicians
- servicing and technical support
- repair or replacement of the system in the event of a fault
What stays on you:
- the installation, €120 once only and only if you stay after the 30-day trial
- the mains water and the electricity the system uses
- the CO₂ refills after the first one

Starting an AcquaStream subscription is straightforward. A few steps and you have reverse-osmosis water at home, still or sparkling.

Leave your details with the availability request, message us on WhatsApp or call 347 769 2795. Someone from the team checks that the service reaches your address and that the system can be fitted in your kitchen, and explains everything clearly.
We install and test it
We agree the timing and the arrangements together. A qualified technician handles the installation and commissioning, quickly and tidily. Before the installation you receive and sign the contract.
Try it for 30 days. Then you choose.
You have 30 days to try the service at home, free. If it does not convince you, a message by day 30 is enough, with no need to explain why: we agree a collection day, we do it at our expense and you pay nothing. On day 25 we send you an email reminding you when the trial ends and what you will pay if you stay. If you stay, you need do nothing: from day 31 the subscription begins.
Why subscribe to a water purifier instead of buying one
Buying a water purifier means a substantial outlay at the start, and on top of that, over time, the cost of servicing, replacing the filters and any repairs — all of it yours.
With an AcquaStream subscription the model is different: no finance agreement, 30 days' free trial and then a monthly fee that covers filters, servicing and technical support. You are not buying a system, you are starting a service that looks after it for you: the system stays ours and you have it on free loan for use. If something stops working, AcquaStream comes out. The only one-off cost is the installation, €120, and you pay it only if you decide to stay after the trial.

A water purifier on subscription: is it for you?
An AcquaStream subscription is for people who want to drink the water from their own tap without making life complicated. Households that get through a lot of bottled water, people tired of carrying crates up the stairs every week, anyone who wants less plastic at home, or simply anyone who does not like the taste of the tap water. You need no technical knowledge and no spare room in the kitchen: the system is compact, out of sight and managed entirely by AcquaStream. How much it is worth to you depends on how much bottled water you use today, for drinking and for cooking: the calculator does the sum for your household — it is on the Italian home page, and the numbers speak for themselves.

FAQ – a subscription with nothing hidden in it
How long is the contract?
It starts with 30 days' free trial. Once the trial is over the subscription has no minimum term: you can cancel whenever you like, with no penalty, by message, email or phone call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for; the €120 installation pays for work already done and is not refunded.
What does the monthly fee include?
The fee of €29.90 a month covers the system and the tap on free loan, the carbonator with the first CO₂ cylinder, scheduled filter changes, servicing, support, and repair or replacement of the system. Separate from it are the installation (€120, once only and only if you stay after the trial), the water and electricity used, and the CO₂ refills after the first.
What do I pay, and when?
During the 30-day trial you pay nothing and there is no deposit of any kind. If you stay, on day 31 the first charge of €149.90 is taken: €29.90 for the month that is starting, paid in advance, plus €120 for the installation. From the following month you pay only the €29.90 fee.
What if I change my mind during the trial?
Write to us by day 30: a WhatsApp message to +39 347 769 2795, an email to info@acquastream.com or a call to 347 769 2795. You do not have to explain why. We agree a collection day, we come at our expense and you owe us nothing. The 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies in any case.
Is the system visible?
No. It is usually installed behind the kitchen plinth, out of sight. Where that is not possible for reasons of space — a masonry kitchen, or deep drawers in the way — it can go under the sink together with the pre-filter and post-filter box, but always discreetly and tidily.
How big is the system?
The purifier is designed to fit into a domestic space. The dimensions are 48 × 53 × 10 cm (the unit) and 35 × 30 × 10 cm (the filter box).
Does the worktop have to be drilled?
Not necessarily. A 3-way tap can be fitted in place of the one already there, with no extra holes. Alternatively you can choose a separate single tap for the purified water, which needs a small hole. With a subscription the tap, like the purification system, remains the property of 3Epc Bio Srl. If you would rather buy one, there is a catalogue of different types to choose from.
What happens if the system stops working?
If something goes wrong, call 347 769 2795. Our customer service takes the report and arranges for an AcquaStream technician to come and put the system right. Support and repair for a fault are included in the fee.
