Terms of service
This is the English version of the Italian terms. The Italian text is the one that counts: the contract you receive and sign before the installation is in Italian, and in case of any difference between the two, the Italian wording prevails. Read the Italian original.
30 days of free water. You only pay if you stay.
We install the system without you paying a single euro up front. If it does not convince you, write to us by day 30: we come and collect it at our own expense, with no penalty.

The service, and who provides it
AcquaStream is a service of 3Epc Bio Srl, Viale Europa 55, 00144 Rome, Italy, VAT number 17721811002. We install a reverse-osmosis system in your home, which stays ours and which we give you on free loan for use (comodato d'uso in Italian law), and we look after it for as long as you are subscribed.
For €29.90 a month you get: the system and the tap on free loan; the SodaStream countertop carbonator for sparkling water, with the first CO₂ cylinder; the filters, changed by our technicians according to use; servicing, support, and repair or replacement of the system.
What stays on you: the installation, €120 once only and only if you stay after the trial; the mains water and the electricity the system uses; the CO₂ refills after the first one, which is included, at a capped price.
An installer comes, not a salesperson. We do not send anyone to your home to work up a quote, and there is no finance company involved: the price is the one written here, and the person who comes is the technician who fits the system.
The service operates in more than one Italian region and coverage is checked address by address. Before the installation someone from the team confirms that it reaches your address and that the system can be fitted in your kitchen.
Try it for 30 days. Then you choose.
Day 1 is the day of the installation. From then you have 30 days to try the system at home without paying a single euro up front: not the installation, not the fee. If you cancel by day 30, there is no penalty: the 30 days of the trial stay free.
If it does not convince you, write to us by day 30. A WhatsApp message to +39 347 769 2795, an email to info@acquastream.com or a call to 347 769 2795 is enough; you do not have to explain why. We agree the collection day with you, we do it at our expense, and you owe us nothing.
On day 25 we send you an email, to the address you gave us in the contract, reminding you of the date the trial ends and what you will pay if you stay.
If you stay, you need do nothing. From day 31 the subscription begins and the first charge is taken: €149.90, that is €29.90 for the month beginning, paid in advance, plus €120 for the installation, once only.
The 14-day right of withdrawal provided by law
You conclude the contract at your home or at a distance: for that reason the Italian Consumer Code (articles 52–59) gives you the right to withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded, without giving reasons and at no cost. The trial does not replace this right and does not reduce it: it is in addition to it.
How to exercise it. Before the 14 days run out, send us a clear statement of your decision — a letter to 3Epc Bio Srl, Viale Europa 55, 00144 Rome, Italy, or an email to info@acquastream.com. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. What counts is the date you send it, not the date it reaches us.
What happens next. We refund anything you have already paid us within 14 days of receiving your notice, by the same means you used to pay. We collect the system ourselves, at our expense.
The service begins straight away. By signing the contract you ask us to install the system and start the service before the 14 days are over. Normally, where someone withdraws after asking for the service to begin, the law makes them pay for the service already received (article 57, paragraph 3): with AcquaStream that period falls inside the 30-day free trial, and so you pay nothing.

If you conclude the contract before the installation — at a distance, a few days earlier, for instance — the 14 days run from that day and the trial from the day of the installation. The later deadline is always the one that applies.
Payments
During the trial you pay nothing. If you stay, from day 31 you pay the fee of €29.90 a month, always in advance, by the payment method set out in the contract. The first charge also includes the €120 for the installation, once only: from the month after, you pay only the fee. During the 30 days of the trial there is no advance payment of any kind. There is no finance agreement.
The fee does not go up. €29.90 a month stays €29.90 for as long as your subscription lasts: it is not linked to inflation, we do not adjust it each year and no price-increase letter arrives. If one day we change the price list for new customers, your price stays the one you signed up to. The only thing that could change the amount is a change in VAT by law, which is not up to us.
Cancellation, whenever you like
Once the trial is over, the subscription has no minimum term: you can cancel at any time, with no penalty, by message, email or phone call. Cancellation takes effect from the end of the month you have already paid for: from then we charge you nothing more.
We agree the collection day with you and we do it ourselves: the system is ours and it comes back to us. The €120 for the installation pays for work already done and is not refunded.
The system on free loan
The system, the tap and the carbonator remain the property of 3Epc Bio Srl. We ask you to use them with care, not to have them dismantled or modified by anyone else, and to let us in, by appointment, for the filters and the servicing. If something stops working, call us: repair or replacement for a fault is included in the fee.
Withdrawal form
Fill this in and send it to us only if you want to withdraw from the contract within the 14 days. For the trial and for cancellation it is not needed: writing to us is enough.
